First and foremost, I won this book in a goodreads giveaway.
This is a self-help and spirituality book and it's a really cute one at that.
I mean, if love hearts aren't your thing you could simply insert your preferred person/item of worship there and it would work out just fine.
Every page has the word love heart in it and the repetition of that word on every page really bore me as well as annoyed me. Every page has some cute/whimsical art in it as well.
In my opinion, if you're looking for a simple self-help book that you can smile at, this would be the one for you. The word choice is between simplistic and elegant and it's something that I can appreciate. I definitely do recommend it for someone that's looking for a change of pace in self-help books.
Grand Verdict: Good for it's intended purpose
